LakeGuard services

Work with the water.
Respect the site.

Every shoreline is different. We scope the equipment, work area and method to the property, the plant and the permissions that apply.

01

Mechanical aquatic vegetation removal

Physical harvesting and collection of suitable aquatic vegetation. A WeeDoo harvester and other equipment may be considered based on plant type, access, density and authorization.

02

Shoreline clearing

Targeted clearing and vegetation handling at the water’s edge to improve agreed access and usability while respecting sensitive areas.

03

Canal & pond clearing

Mechanical clearing and removal of suitable aquatic vegetation in canals and ponds to improve usable water access and address overgrowth. Equipment access, plant identification, waterbody conditions and required authorizations are reviewed before a site-specific scope and quote.

04

Complementary land services

Practical land-side vegetation clearing and related work that supports a more usable transition between the property and water.

05

Lakefront beach installation

Site-specific planning for a usable shoreline beach, including grade, access, materials, water-level changes and applicable approvals.

06

Dock pressure washing

Cleaning of dock surfaces to remove accumulated dirt, algae and surface buildup for a cleaner, more inviting waterfront. We review the dock’s material, condition and access before selecting an appropriate cleaning method and pressure. Work is quoted to your dock, with care for the surrounding water and shoreline.

Mechanical hydro-raking
in the field.

These photos document a mechanical hydro-raking project removing invasive maidencane. They illustrate the kind of change mechanical work can make; every site, plant and result is different.

From shoreline
to usable edge.

We begin by reviewing slope, access, erosion, wetlands, property boundaries and expected water-level changes. Material selection and the footprint are then planned around the site.

  • Confirm applicable FWC, DEP, district and local requirements
  • Agree on footprint, material and access before quoting
  • Protect adjacent vegetation and clean equipment routes
  • Plan for natural changes and ongoing maintenance
