Review regrowth, shoreline condition, debris, erosion and access.
A refurbishment is the reset. Scheduled maintenance helps protect that work as plants regrow and shoreline conditions change.
After a lakefront refurbishment, aquatic plants can return and weather, water levels and use can change the shoreline. Regular visits help catch suitable regrowth early, keep agreed access areas usable and flag erosion, debris or other changes before they become larger concerns.
Maintenance supports the work already done; it does not guarantee a weed-free shoreline or eradication.
Each visit begins with current conditions—not an automatic treatment.
